Building a GTM team for RegTech firm ethiXbase following PE investment

ethiXbase is a global technology business offering a SAAS product within the ESG, Due Diligence & Supply Chain niche. Following an investment by private equity firm CGE Partners, Lawson Chase worked in partnership with their CEO on several key appointments during a period of substantial growth.

We were tasked with identifying top performing leadership professionals for mix of newly created roles in Europe & to support ethiXbase to make their first ever appointments within North America. 

We spent considerable time working with ethiXbase’s CEO on identifying talent that could make rapid impact within their go-to-market group, with a focus on identifying proven revenue generators from within the RegTech industry. We prioritised professionals with a rich track record of selling SAAS products within the supply chain, human rights, ESG and due diligence space and identifying those who had closed significant corporate/enterprise accounts.

Over the course of a few key months, we supported ethiXbase to successfully hire positions including;

Head of Sales (United States)

Global Head of Client Success

Business Development Director x 2
