Building a new Due Diligence team for Dow Jones in Washington DC

Dow Jones are a global leader in Data & News services. Lawson Chase were hired by the firm to support the launch and build-out of a brand new Washington DC office Risk & Compliance team, during a period of significant expansion for Dow Jones’ Due Diligence service.

Working closely with the practice leadership, we drove a hiring campaign that resulted in several permanent and contract-to-hire placements for the business, allowing the firm to recruit several experienced professionals with a background in due diligence investigations. Our work included specific language projects to source linguists, resulting in a number of hires for the business of professionals who had fluency in highly desirable languages for Dow Jones, including Mandarin.

In addition to our work in building the DC based Due Diligence team, we supported Dow Jones to hire within their Go-To-Market group where Risk & Compliance expertise was sought for a key hire within their sales org.
