For the Director of ESG & Proxy Voting Consulting role, we sourced a VP & leader with fifteen years of experience within Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), a direct competitor and one of the market leaders within ESG Ratings. 

For the Director of Climate Risk search, the successful candidate had over a decade of climate risk advisory experience, both from within a consulting firm setting and within banking.
