Head of Customer Success for disruptive RegTech firm Xapien

Xapien is a disruptive RegTech firm, operating within the third party risk & due diligence sector. Following a successful fundraising of £4.5m led by private equity firm YFM Equity Partners, we supported Xapien to hire a Head of Customer Success.

As a start-up, sourcing professionals with directly relevant industry experience in RegTech/GRC SAAS was critical. We successfully sourced a candidate who had spent the prior 6 years within a business operating within the underling ownership data sector & who had an outstanding track record in developing a £multi-million AAR from clients. 

After a short ramp-up period, the candidate has built a supporting team at the firm.
