Head of Impact & ESG for Balderton Capital

Balderton Capital is a venture capital firm headquartered in London with a background focused on technology & internet business start ups. Lawson Chase were instructed on an exclusive basis to support the CV fund to hire their first Head of Impact & ESG.

As a newly created position for Balderton Capital, the leadership team had determined that a professional with a background in management consultancy would have the stakeholder management and change/transformation background that they felt would drive success in the hire.

Our campaign for Balderton Capital successfully resulted in the appointment of a Head of Impact & ESG who we managed to transition from a Big 4 Sustainable Finance & ESG Strategy background.
