HR M&A Advisory Director for PwC

PwC is a Big 4 accounting firm and has partnered with Lawson Chase for several years. We were engaged by the HR Advisory practice for a Director level search to support PwC in expanding their suite of consulting services within the HR Leadership, Change & Transformation sector.

PwC had ambitions to bolster their HR advisory services and wanted to launch a brand new offering in Transformational Leadership consultancy.

Lawson Chase were engaged by the group to source a practice leader who had a track record of commercial success in building a practice for Leadership & Assessment & Upskilling. We successfully delivered the mandate, placing a Partner from Korn Ferry’s advisory practice who was at the time, their UK Head of Transformational Leadership.
