Rathbone Greenbank is a dedicated sustainable & ethical investment team of Rathbones, an investment management firm in the UK. Lawson Chase were tasked with supporting the investment team to make a key front office hire: an Investment Director with a background in sustainable investment.

Rathbone Greenbank’s investment team is based in Edinburgh and the priority was to source candidates already living in Scotland in the UK. We completed a full market mapping exercise of local investment teams in order to present highly qualified investment managers who had to be Level 7 qualified.

We successfully supported Rathbone Greenbank to hire a prominent investment manager from Brown Shipley, a core competitor within the local market.
