Berkeley Research Group is an expert witness, disputes, litigation, risk and advisory consulting firm that advises law firms, financial institutions and corporates. Lawson Chase were hired to identify a Managing Director/Partner with strong expertise within the niche domain of National Security & CFIUS Advisory consulting.

We worked with BRG to devise a shortlist of three prospective leaders, all of whom had experience in building profitable CFIUS consulting practices within the professional services industry.

The successful candidate had a track record of success in leading management consulting firms such as Ankura and PwC and had previously worked directly within the Defense Intelligence Agency the Defense Intelligence Agency as a senior analyst at the National Intelligence Council.
