      We worked hand-in-hand with tech disruptor Polecat during an unprecedented doubling of their global headcount, managing numerous leadership and experienced-hire projects.

      The Challenge

      Polecat is a disruptive technology business, operating a SaaS platform that is used by global multinational brands to analyse Reputation Risk. Following a significant amount of new investor funding, Lawson Chase was enlisted to support a period of significant headcount growth during a period where Polecat sought to more than double their headcount.

      The Solution

      We worked closely with the C-suite of Polecat to identify, attract and secure experienced professionals from a number of key competitor firms. Lawson Chase successfully placed several key roles for Polecat including UK Managing Director, Interim Head of HR, Head of Talent Acquisition & Brand, Head of Product and several Business Development professionals at Director, Manager and Executive grade in the UK and the US. During this several-month-long recruitment campaign, we developed a strong understanding of the key players within the market and was able to support Polecat to meet a wide array of prospective recruits from within the niche world of Reputation Risk.
