Supporting an international law firm to build local HR & Talent functions

Eversheds Sutherland is an international law firm that had growing capabilities and clients pan-EMEA when they initially instructed Lawson Chase to support a significant hiring campaign of build their localised business services operations. 

We partnered with Eversheds on several key campaigns for HR & Talent leadership searches across a number of European locations. The directive was to improve the local capabilities that Evershed Sutherlands had for their HR & Talent functions, rather than relying on a centralised group which has been the prior model.

During our partnership, we supported Eversheds Sutherland to make 8 key hires across their HR & Talent org in EMEA, including;

Head of HR (France)

Head of HR (Germany)

HR Business Partner (The Netherlands)

European Recruitment Manager

The result was a strengthening of the local HR & Recruitment teams within local markets who were able to build stronger relationships with their Partners/the populations they supported than had been possible within the historic business services structure.
