      S-RM are a global provider of due diligence, cyber, investigations and intelligence consultancy services with an ever-expanding international footprint. The leadership team were interested in crafting a dedicated go-to-market group, to support the expansion of client development efforts and to build the firm’s revenue channels across their various areas of specialism. Historically S-RM relied on a practice-lead approach, whereby consulting practice division seniors had responsibility for business development and revenue origination efforts.

      Lawson Chase identified a senior sales leader within the market, with a proven track record of success within a core competitor. This individual was appointed as S-RM’s first ever Chief Revenue Officer, with a mandate to build a global team to support revenue growth across all of S-RM’s practice areas.
