      We were hired by technology disrupter Crisp Thinking to hunt for senior business development professionals who could help drive revenues within the Social Media/Online Moderation space.

      The Challenge

      Crisp Thinking is a unique technology business offering a SaaS product that harnesses Artificial Intelligence to moderate content in real-time and protect major brands from social media threats. They offer a fully managed service solution for social media community moderation and crisis management. Their business received a $25 million injection of funding from a major investment group in late 2018 and committed to doubling its headcount. The CEO and Chairman were interested in identifying business development seniors who could support their ambitious revenue growth ambitions.

      The Solution

      Lawson Chase introduced several business development professionals who worked within reputation risk and social media monitoring technology firms. The preferred candidate was a Healthcare sales specialist who was identified as an individual who could develop significant market share both in the UK and in the North America market. He had held senior positions at firms including Polecat, Cision and Informa.
