      Needs evaluation

      We’ll start by working with you on a full hiring needs assessment, working through your current hiring objectives and ensuring the role profile/spec encapsulates everything that is meaningful to the hiring stakeholders.

      Market insights

      Our recruiters will give you a view on the market, factors to consider and feedback from an early stage. We’ll discuss the elements ‘beyond the job spec’ such as your company culture, the reasons why a candidate may want to join your organisation and the goals for the first year of employment. We will perfect the ‘message to the market’ that represents your brand and your requirements.

      Agreeing the strategy

      We’ll agree on a strategy for the hiring project along with defining time-frames, interview formats and our recommended approach to the search. At this stage we’ll decipher whether a retained, executive search, a permanent contingency solution or an interim placement may best fit your needs.

      Executing the search

      We will guide you through each interview stage, helping you to prepare and arming you with the information we believe will give you the best likelihood of success.

      Lawson Chase will deliver a shortlist of vetted candidates that we believe represents the upper quartile of the interested talent pool for your consideration, taking into account the technical requirements, your company culture and the soft skills that have been identified by you as being important to the team.

      We will commence the interview stages as previously agreed. Lawson Chase will provide feedback from the candidates you have met at each stage and will ask for this to be reciprocated from you. We will work in partnership with you at every juncture, managing candidate expectations and ensuring candidates have a positive experience.

      Closing

      When the preferred candidate has been identified, we will work closely with you to deliver the offer to a successful close. 

      Follow up

      Lawson Chase will keep in close communication with you post-placement. We take a non-transactional approach to search and hope to work with you long term, continually developing our working relationship.
