- Manage Associates and Researchers, allocating tasks and safeguarding the pace, quality and direction of their work
- Review and edit written deliverables to a near client-ready standard
- Take a leading role in client communications where appropriate, and support billing, budgeting and resourcing on your matters
- Mentor junior colleagues and introduce new investigative tools and methods
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Over five years’ experience in investigations, disputes or asset tracing, including 2 to 3 years managing investigations and case teams
- A track record of overseeing complex investigative workstreams
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for accuracy and investigative rigour
- Sound judgement and discretion under pressure, across concurrent matters
- Foreign language capability is desirable — Arabic would be ideal
- International experience is an advantage
