      Global IT Security Awareness and Training Service Manager sought on behalf of a private banking firm, based in Basel.

      As a leading sustainable private bank, it offers dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients. The bank’s success depends on the enthusiasm and commitment of employees and values each person with their unique technical expertise, professional qualifications and social skills.

      As Global IT Security Awareness and Training Service Manager you are acting as spearhead for Security the Training Landscape across the firm and develop an IT Security Awareness framework within the existing landscape of the bank. Alongside you will take responsibility for a broad range of tasks from conceptualizing up to monitoring frameworks and provide excellent service to all internal and external stakeholders.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop and operationalize the IT Security communication strategy
      • Design the training delivery concept for the entire group
      • Manage the program of new mandatory security training development and deployment incl. the Bank’s awareness campaigns
      • Develop and implement a global IT Security awareness program by managing multiple stakeholders, establishing KPIs and creation reporting processes and standards
      • Manage content creation and engagement building on organizational platforms, websites, social media, newsletters
      • Design, maintain, and run the consolidated supervision program for Group Information Security covering the entire group
      • On board and manage LMS support vendor


      Skills, Knowledge & Experience

      • Higher degree in a relevant field and/or education in training development, compliance or any related area
      • 5+ years experience in IT Security Awareness training and content design, publication, implementation and compliance tracking
      • 10+ years experience in tailored instructional design, educational syllabus design, training delivery and educational project management, achieving business objectives through improving stakeholder management and communication
      • Development and implementation of communication strategies, plans, as well as full training life cycle, ensuring successful behavioral change
      • Experience in AEM web design is a plus
      • Ability to work with various stakeholder
      • Strong prioritization and organization skills are essential
      • Capability to work independently as well as organizational skills
      • Excellent writing skills in English and very good communication and presentation skills
