      Overview

A leading hedge fund is seeking a Paralegal to join London office.

The candidate will join the firm’s Legal Department in London to support a wide range of projects and

The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, highly organised, technically savvy, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment. They must be comfortable investigating the facts of a project, coordinating with internal stakeholders, ensuring key business and legal questions are addressed.

Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the hedge fund industry while working on a diverse set of vendor agreements, corporate governance matters, operational projects, and cross‑border initiatives. The candidate will interface with and support senior management on a day‑to‑day basis.
