      • A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
      • Demonstrated ability to influence senior decision-makers through reframing analyses and providing new perspectives on complex problems.
      • Proven track record of producing rigorous analysis with imperfect or incomplete data, with experience defining scope in ambiguous situations and building or expanding team capabilities to address emerging needs.
      • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to synthesize and present complex findings for senior audiences.

The expected annual base salary for this position is $190,000 to $230,000. The compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
