Overview
A rapidly growing corporate intelligence firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate – Security Consulting Workflow.
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate to support the security consulting workflow at its Bethesda, MD headquarters (D.C. Metropolitan area) and on client sites in the northeastern United States. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, project management and quality-control capabilities, and the ability to deliver consistently excellent work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day risk and security operations for a multinational client
- Collaboratively partner with security team to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Willingness to travel 50 percent
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding requests, timelines, and outcomes
- Set realistic expectations for the team lead and escalate issues when needed
- Manage and prioritize workflow in coordination with the vertical lead
- Document, organize, and maintain all internal work product and supporting materials
- Contribute to process improvements and uphold high standards for accuracy and efficiency
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- Undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited university
- Prior experience in project management and/or client-facing roles.
- Experience managing surveillance, intrusion detection, access control systems, or other large software platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage workflow, coordinate with colleagues, and communicate professionally with clients
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort handling large volumes of information
- Commitment to producing clear, accurate, and well-structured deliverables
