      Senior Director / Managing Director – IP Licensing & Litigation




      As a Senior Director / Managing Director in the IP Management Consulting & Valuation practice, you will focus on testimony in international litigation engagements related to IP licensing. Responsibilities will include meeting with clients and/or counsel to collect information for the creation of reports, due diligence, analyzing and critiquing opposing parties’ claims, collaborating with teams ranging from Analysts to Senior Managing Directors to develop opinions and work product, and ultimately providing testimony.


      Key Responsibilities

      • Meeting with clients and counsel
      • Reviewing case documents
      • Collaborating with teams and clients to develop opinions and work product
      • Reviewing reports, presentations, and other work product
      • Guiding team efforts in conducting research/analyses and preparing models/reports
      • Critiquing opposing party claims
      • Traveling internationally
      • Testifying in depositions and court proceedings
      • Supporting practice development efforts


      Skills, Knowledge & Experience

      • Bachelors or Masters concentrating in finance, accounting, business, or economics from a highly regarded program
      • 10 plus years of intellectual property licensing and valuation experience
      • Expert testimony experience
      • CPA/CLP/CFA/CVA/ASA a plus
      • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and flexibility
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      • Great attitude and client presence
      • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
      • Solid analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential
      • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
      • Attention to detail
