      Overview

A leading investment and technology development firm is seeking a Strategy and Business Development Associate to join its New York team.

The firm seeks a senior leader to oversee enterprise operations across the firm. This person will lead real estate, facilities, food & beverage, physical security, procurement, and travel operations with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach that ensures operational excellence and exceptional service that meets the firm’s high standards in design and execution. This role offers the opportunity to lead talented teams and elevate the experience of the firm’s employees to drive productivity in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

      Key Responsibilities

You’ll design and implement a long-term vision for global operations. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational discipline, driving rigorous vendor and process management, and fostering an environment where attention to detail and service quality are paramount. You’ll empower large, varied teams of employees and contractors to curate work environments that anticipate and respond to employee needs. Success in this role means ensuring smooth daily operations, proactively identifying areas for improvement, and demonstrating solid financial and operating discipline, while consistently making discerning choices that reflect sound judgment and the unique sensibilities of the firm.

      Skills, Knowledge & Experience

      • At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operational roles is required—ideally with exposure to facilities, vendor management, space planning, and similar domains—along with proven success managing teams of 100+, including both internal staff and vendors.
      • The role requires demonstrated excellence in analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate complex issues verbally and in writing.
      • Empathy for colleagues, outstanding attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to innovating processes and anticipating employee needs are essential.
      • Candidates with a record of high performance in operations, finance, or general management will thrive in this role.

      Additional Information & Company Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $350,000 to $400,000. The firm’s compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401k contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
