      An opportunity to join Lawson Chase in our offices in the heart of Barcelona! Lawson Chase are recruiting for a late July/early August start as we run our next recruitment academy for Associate/Trainee recruitment consultants where we will hire up to eight trainees.

      Role responsibilities

      • Develop & maintain positive relationships with both candidates & clients
      • Liaison with candidates throughout the recruitment process through to offer and through to placement with supervision
      • ⁠Relationship building with decision makers
      • Publishing and advertising jobs
      • Strive to become the go-to recruiter and master the market you will work in
      • ⁠Sourcing and headhunting suitable candidates for vacancies
      • Become a trusted advisor to both candidates & clients
      • Keep up to date with relevant industry knowledge
      • Developing an understanding of our clients, their industry and their culture
      • Use social media such as Linkedin to magnify your personal & company brand and to identify
      • Management of compliance including use of the CRM/Database in real time as required


      Success indicators

      • Achieves expected KPIs and Ratios
      • Demonstrates basic knowledge of cluster, market, etc.
      • Books client meetings and attends them with Senior Consultants
      • Can introduce self and the company as part of their elevator pitch and during meetings attended
      • Can identify potential candidates and create shortlists
      • Can identify companies and assess their potential
      • Is able to identify contacts and decision makers within a company
      • Generates leads for new opportunities on every interaction
      • Negotiates rates/salaries with candidates and clients
      • Completes the full recruitment workflow in CRM/Database in real-time



      Each consultant will have the ability to take the lead in their own market specialism and become a subject matter expert in their field.
