Lawson Chase’s Governance, Risk & Compliance practice focuses on search mandates across financial services (banks, asset managers, hedge funds, private equity firms, trading firms, FinTechs, private banks, wealth managers and other financial markets houses) and Consulting firms. We have coverage across all major hubs in North America, Europe & UK, Asia & the Middle East.

The pace of regulatory developments within highly-regulated industries has been unrelenting and our GRC recruitment practice has expanded in tandem with those demands. We have supported firms to make key GRC appointments, including approved-person functions within major financial institutions as well as consulting/advisory firms to hire consultants from Partner to Senior Consultant level.

Our focus is on Senior & Mid-Level appointments, covering both permanent and interim/project based needs.
